Their was blood on the sheets, foot prints from sneakers and dried up makeup from previous guests.
When I finally received the room keys the room was filthy but, the maid service had made the bed as if it was clean. By the third time I called guest services I was then directed at that time to go down to the lobby in which I was told the room was ready. I waited about 3 hours for room keys and kept going to guest services and calling from my parents room to see what was happening. Again, I was told to wait for a for another room on the 19th floor room 1909. The room on the 19th floor was given away by a manager even after a note was put in at check in. Upon receiving that text message When I got to guest services a room was ready on the 24th floor. I will receive a text message that the room was ready.
I was told to wait for the keys for room next to my parents because the room was not ready. Upon arrive I asked to be placed on the same 19th floor as my parents because it was a surprise and she did not know.
I was only staying one night but found out my parents were staying 2 nights so, quickly booked another night. I was going to surprise them with their grandchildren. Very disappointed in my stay!!! My parents were staying at Ocean Resort from January 17th to January 19th for my mom's birthday.
